Mr.Chand and His 150-year Old Camera

I had my photo taken on the street in Jaipur. The camera was 150-year old!!!!! Mr.Tikam Chand owns an 1860 Carl Zeiss wooden camera which his family has been using for daily duties since past three decades! The body of the camera is made of wood and has a focus set, a German Carl Zeiss lens and a dark room all built in it! It’s the only piece left of its kind in the world. Amazing!!! The processing is done right in there on the street, and is finished in just a few minutes. The photos are beautiful in a way you'll never get with a new camera. I'll treasure my black and white photos for the rest of my life!!!

The image inside the camera is upside down! and there's a bucket for rinsing!

I got my negative and positive!
