I was in Bologna last month to visit Bologna Children's Book Fair. It was my third time to visit this beautiful Italian city. I love their stunning porticos, interesting museums, galleries and lovely bookstores. As a book lover, I especially adore Biblioteca Salaborsa, a beautiful library, which has a giant archaeological site beneath your feet you can see through a glass floor. Bologna is also a city for gelato lovers. There are so many great flavors and combinations to try!!!!

Coconut Lime Ice Pops

Coconut and lime is one of my all-time favorite flavor combinations :) 　　　　　　 My love for coconut started when I lived in Bangkok. Coconuts were used in almost all recipes of Thai cuisine – curries, soups and sweets. This ice pop recipe really brings back memories of Thailand.

Bologna Children's Book Fair

The last couple of days have been overwhelming! Bologna Children's Book Fair was ENORMOUS! There were more than 5 huge pavilions filled with thousands and thousands of children's books. I met so many talented illustrators and I've learned so much on this trip! Bologna was such a gorgeous little city and their food was AMAZING. My only regret was I couldn't go to Carpigiani Gelato Museum. Next time for sure!
